Un ciudadano fue condenado con prisión por reiterados delitos de Abuso Sexual hacía una niña de 12 años.
El pasado 23 de febrero tras recepcionar efectivos de Unidad Especializada en Violencia Doméstica y Género una denuncia por parte de los progenitores de una niña de 12 años, dónde ponían en conocimiento que la misma había sido víctima de abuso sexual por parte de un vecino de 35 años en barrio Anido.
Asumiendo dicha Unidad Especializada la investigación del caso conjuntamente con Fiscalía Letrada de 2° Turno y Juzgado de Familia de 5° Turno.
Derivando las diversas actuaciones y pericias practicadas en la comparecencia del imputado de iniciales L.G.d.P.S. ante Fiscal Letrado y Juez Letrado de 6° Turno.
Finalizando las instancias judiciales con la condena del mismo como autor penalmente responsable de reiterados delitos de abuso sexual especialmente agravado a la pena de 3 años de penitenciaría efectiva sin derecho a beneficios tales como redención de pena, y/o libertad anticipada.
