TORT: “NO ES UNA OCURRENCIA PARTICULAR DE UNA DIPUTADA SINO QUE ES LA GENTE QUE ESTÁ PIDIENDO ESTA SOLUCIÓN”
La diputada Carmen Tort ingresó formalmente ante el Directorio del Banco de la República las firmas de los vecinos de Lago Merín solicitando la instalación de un cajero eléctrico en el balneario.
La legisladora destacó la “tremenda disposición” del presidente del BROU, Salvador Ferrer y demás integrantes del Directorio: “presentamos las firmas y volvimos a estar en contacto con el presidente, se nos informa que dentro de las características de nuestro balneario, se enmarcan dos localidades más del país, por lo tanto estaría ingresando la posibilidad del cajero para tres localidades del país entre ellas Lago Merín. Nosotros sabíamos que este era un reclamo largamente anhelado tanto por los vecinos que viven en el balneario como por los visitantes, pero nada mejor que dejarlo en evidencia mediante la firma, donde hay una voluntad clara de la gente y nosotros lo que hacemos es la gestión en ese sentido, no es una ocurrencia particular de una diputada sino que es la gente que está pidiendo esta solución”, manifestó la Dra. Tort, quien no descartó que iniciativa similares puedan también gestionarse para otras localidades como Aceguá y/o Tupambaé: “en Tupambaé nos plantearon la modalidad de que sea la gente del lugar la haga el reclamo y la verdad que vimos muy buena disposición del Presidente pero se ha conversado también con otros Directores del Banco para encontrar la manera de solucionar el retiro y el depósito de dinero”, sentenció.
MEVIR EN TRES ISLAS
En otro orden, la diputada Carmen Tort planteó al Directorio de Mevir la iniciativa de generar un plan de construcción de viviendas en la localidad de Tres Islas: “puntualmente hemos entregado un planteo del municipio de Tres Islas, del alcalde y varios vecinos, en cuanto a un nuevo plan de Mevir para la zona y a su vez hay dos viviendas que están vacías, deteriorándose, por lo que ante la necesidad de vivienda de algunas familias, se analice la posibilidad de encontrar una solución”, sentenció.
