En el marco de la reunión del Comité departamental de Emergencias, el Director de Hospital local dijo que ese centro asistencial está en rojo, solicitando colaboración a los demás integrantes del CECOED y a la población en general.

También fue enfático el Presidente de la mutualista Camcel, Dr. Lucas, afirmando que está en jaque la salud del departamento.
A través del Comité se planteará a las autoridades nacionales la suspensión de clases presenciales para todo el sistema educativo en Cerro Largo.
Se insiste en la importancia de la vacunación, confirmando que desde el jueves habilitarán un centro vacunatorio en la policlínica de Aceguá así como también en la ciudad de Fraile Muerto.
