Entonces, sería una campaña que busca incentivar el cuidado de la salud porque partimos de esta situación pero vamos hacia el cuidado de la salud en general, que muchas veces descuidamos y que a veces, también por esta situación sanitaria, descuidamos más en alguna medida. En ese sentido, estamos también empezando a trabajar en la formación de una Comisión departamental para la prevención del suicidio, el área de la salud nos preocupa pero también, como debe ser, nos ocupa, pero todo esto, insisto, está en su génesis, faltan muchas reuniones, faltan afinar muchas cosas pero las ideas están”, puntualizó Vergara, quien adelantó que para su conformación ya se está contactando a distintos profesionales de la salud, especialistas en el área pero también personas de otros ámbitos que pueden hacer aportes “muy importantes” como, por ejemplo, desde la educación además del de la salud: “consideramos que todos los temas que son importantes para la sociedad, para nuestra comunidad, tienen que ser importantes para nosotros, tienen que estar en nuestra agenda y en ese sentido estamos trabajando”, sentenció.
