El Referente departamental del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social confirmó la agenda que este viernes cumplirá en el departamento el ministro Pablo Bartol.
Como informáramos, el Secretario de Estado llegará a la ciudad de Río Branco para participar de la reinauguración de la oficina de MIDES en esa ciudad fronteriza que, en el marco de un convenio alcanzado con el municipio, pasará a funcionar en dependencias municipales: “el ministro va a llegar directamente a Río Branco donde va a cumplir una apretada agenda, entre lo que se encuentra reuniones con funcionarios de Mides así como con autoridades departamentales y va a participar de la reinauguración de la oficina en aquella ciudad, que se va a mudar para el Municipio, generando un trabajo más coordinado con esa institución”, manifestó Gervasio Rodríguez quien también adelantó que en el marco de la agenda a cumplir por Bartol en el departamento está prevista una reunión con integrantes del Comité departamental de Emergencia: “la idea es reunirse con integrantes del Comité de Emergencia y también con el propio Intendente pensando en el invierno que se nos vienen”, expresó.
En cuanto al convenio de trabajo alcanzado para Río Branco, Rodríguez insistió en que es una “buena forma” para no superponer o duplicar recursos humanos y materiales en una misma localidad: “nos va a permitir desarrollar mejor el trabajo y también no duplicar recursos, porque no nos podemos dar el lujo de estar superponiendo acciones, entonces la idea es trabajar de forma más eficiente y forma coordinada porque el Ministerio va a quedar con su personal, ya que son dos instituciones separadas, pero la idea es compartir oficina y también recursos materiales y humanos”, puntualizó, informando que experiencias similares ya se vienen desarrollando en otros puntos del país como ser el departamento de Canelones.
