POSTERIORMENTE SE INOCULARÍA A PERSONAS PRIVADAS DE LIBERTAD
ANCHEN CONFIRMÓ QUE SE ESTARÁN INSTRUMENTANDO VACUNATORIOS MÓVILES PARA LLEVAR LA VACUNA A LOS LUGARES MÁS ALEJADOS DEL DEPARTAMENTO
Autoridades departamentales de la Salud anticipan en el día de mañana martes se comenzaría con la campaña de vacunación en residenciales de adultos mayores para continuar luego con las personas privadas de libertad.
Así lo confirmó la Directora departamental de Salud, quien además adelantó que luego de semana de Turismo, momento en que se inoculará la franja de 18 a 70 años, vacunatorios móviles recorrerán localidades y zonas rurales del departamento para acercar las dosis a quienes no la hayan recibido: “a medida que vayamos avanzando nos iremos alejando hacia los lugares más apartados del departamento con los vacunatorios móviles. De todas maneras, eso lleva organización, una agenda electrónica previa porque debemos saber a qué persona se va a vacunar pero en cuanto se terminen estas etapas importantes, que estamos con la franja de 50 a 70, esta semana mayores de 80 así como personal de la salud y PPL, cuando se termine eso se nos viene Semana Santa, ahí se abre la franja de 18 a 70, y una vez cumplida esta etapa, con toda seguridad, estaremos llegando a los lugares más alejados”, puntualizó la Dra. Mariela Anchén, insistiendo en que el Ministerio de Salud Pública está instrumentando diferentes alternativas para que la vacuna sea accesible a toda la población que la necesite: “el Ministerio está estudiando la manera de instrumentar que la vacuna llegue a toda la población que lo necesite, incluidos aquellos que tienen problemas de movilidad, o sea la vacuna llega, en algunas ocasiones la persona tiene que llegar a la vacuna cuando es, por ejemplo, Pfizer, porque las condiciones que requiere la vacuna no permite que sean trasladadas de un lado a otro pero si es Sinovac no hay problema de llevar la vacuna al lugar”, agregó.
Anchén confirmó que en el departamento de Cerro Largo, son más de 20.000 personas las que se encuentran comprendidas en la franja de 50 a 70 años.
