OTONELLI: “EN CUANTO SE TERMINE EN BARRIO ANIDO SE ARRANCA A TRABAJAR EN EL SECTOR 9”
La Intendencia habilitó varios tramos de alumbrado público en diferentes zonas de Melo, incluido tendido nuevo en algunas calles que carecían del servicio.
Próximamente se iniciarán obras en barrios de la zona sur de la ciudad, según adelantó Jorge Otonelli: “sobre la calle Sarandí se colocaron 17 luminarias led de 70 watts con sus respectivas columnas, se hicieron unos 300 metros de cableado en una calle que estaba muy oscura, que no tenía el servicio, lo que nos deja muy satisfechos porque de poco se viene iluminando la ciudad; en el barrio El Fogón también se colocaron 17 luminarias led de 70 con sus respectivas columnas y unos 400 metros de cableado, así como en la calle Cándido Monegal, se hicieron tres cuadras donde se colocaron luminarias y sus respectivas columnas, todas obras que ya fueron habilitadas”, manifestó el jerarca municipal, quien aclaró que se trata de tendido “totalmente nuevo” para esas zonas de la ciudad.
También fue habilitado recientemente un tramo de alumbrado en inmediaciones de la parroquia San José: “se colocaron nueve luminarias ahí”, indicó.
Actualmente se trabaja en barrio Anido, donde la Intendencia además de mejorar la infraestructura vial procede a la colocación de alumbrado público, y también está previsto trabajar en la zona del sector 9: “en cuanto se termine en barrio Anido se arranca a trabajar en el sector 9, que comprende barrios La Salud, Las Acacias, Sur, todo eso va a quedar iluminado”, sentenció.
