El sindicato que nuclea los trabajadores de la construcción realiza un paro parcial en esta jornada por la muerte de un trabajador.
Carlos Marcelo Brun Ruiz Diaz, de 43 años de edad, casado, padre de dos hijas menores y oriundo del departamento de Flores, perdió la vida en un accidente de que se produjo en el departamento de Paysandú, ruta 90 kilómetro 79.
De acuerdo al comunicado hecho público por el Sunca, el trabajador muere atrapado a causa del desprendimiento de un montículo de tierra mientras encontraba trabajando, para la empresa Incoci, junto a otros compañeros en una zanja de más de 3 metros de profundidad.
Por este motivo y convocando a un debate sobre una Ley nacional de salud y seguridad en el trabajo, el gremio de la construcción realiza un paro en todo el país; en Paysandú será de 24 horas.
